Walk With A Smile on Your Face!
I keep focused on the life I am living and appreciate all aspects of it which reflect where I want to go.
So often we focus on the big things as what we want. Houses, relationships, wisdom. Although one should always take care when deciding what these are and self correct as you go, it is a blessing to have dreams and goals for your life. That makes a life worth getting excited about.
Many cultures and generations fear dreaming big. It is also true that the 'big' things tend to be events such as getting married, or winning the lotto, and are not daily life trivia. Rather than fear the boredom of daily life if your dreams are too exciting, make the dreams permeate into your lifestyle to generate ease and joy, as your environment for success.
Let this be an incentive to embrace the ease these successes bring. The overflow from the anticipation of those important things make your daily life and the little things feel even better. How confident and inspired you feel when you have something you've wanted for a long time. The path to getting there brings a sense of joy with it.
You know you have everything needed for success; you speak from experience; offer the highest level of help; welcome the ease and joy associated with the path; see it as is before it is, i.e. act from the perspective of someone who has what you want.
I love it that I am so excited about my life!
Put Feeling Tired in Perspective!
Feeling tired, like most emotions can be learned as a world view. A typical technique to help babies and young children get off to sleep is for the adults closest, to yawn, the baby copies it and very soon will sleep, having reacted to the body's trigger mechanism. It is common knowledge that what starts as genuine yawning is 'catching'.
World View: that work makes us tired; boredom or worry, is tiring. Lack of sleep makes us tired. Some of us have felt that sleeping might make a perfect job.
Generally our body and spirit requires rest for restoration and maintenance of all systems. It is wonderful to have a magnificent sleep pattern and ability. In modern times insomnia and sleep disorders are rampant. So I appreciate that sleep comes to me with ease and joy, waking to a new day with the comfort of sore-ish muscles confirming I'm exercising appropriately and aware that once I'm moving all of life comes to me with ease and joy.
Walking is a great way to become an effective sleeper. What qualifies as adequate or effective sleep is specific to the individual and their circumstances but most thrive on good sleep.
What a great asset to bring to any situation whether it is work or play!
So if adding a walking or exercise regime to your daily schedule makes you tired is it good tired or are their problems? Appreciate your sleep! If there are genuine problems look for solutions.
What do I want? What do I desire? To collaborate with high minded people about meaningful things and document & sell it so others shall benefit? Or to access a universal energy source?
Focus on easy joyous access to a universal energy source and that is the renewal and inspiration of sleep.
My New World View: that an exciting life is supported by easy appropriate sleep patterns and provides help for the day.
I have a series of ways to feel good and sleep well, waking with a smile on my face. Walking daily is a blessing, and brightens my day and caresses my night.
