The New Walker and Runner is Thinner: Women

One of the reasons I use the term thin comes from my experiences when young of being slim yet fat. My goals for my body includes soft in the right places and firm where its good! Running and interval training with other exercise, are fantastic at keeping my legs slim and toned. Wearing high heels often gives great calf definition. Wear them to work.

However use your arms ladies! All the labor saving devices have affected how much we use these and the unwanted results can be countered easily if we remember to use the stretching lifting and throwing motions often throughout the day even if its just pretend i.e. as an exercise.
