Summer Scorcher Weight Loss Tips 2011
For those in Sydney this past week has been one of record temperatures. I'm excited to think about it because it has been a breakthrough for me. I've written in What's New About Walking to Lose Weight about my recent experiences with walking and exercising, trimming even, in atypical circumstances.
I feel good about this because I realize that the recent heat and challenges of extreme temperatures isn't my imagination. I had been seeing it as a personal mistake in some way-a history since I was young of difficulty coping with high humidity and temperatures. A lack of physical awareness and exposure propagating lifelong inability to cope with exercise in hot weather.
My joy is at realizing how well I am coping.
This is both an environmental and personal ability to manage my body and circumstances.
This is the result:
I recognize when I need to take counter measures for dealing with the heat, and still continue to exercise, because managing my surroundings and the way I feel means I do want to exercise;
I am able to continue enjoying my life under external conditions that might have caused a disability in the past;
I am exercising with vigor and continuity without repercussions.
My latest tip for these circumstances will be in my next post on Walking to Lose Weight blog.

Walking for Weight Loss Home
2011 is all ready and waiting to welcome us home. I have done all that I could in 2010 to make 2011 a fantastic year for me and other proponents of walking.
This is where I want to be. I am close to my focus.
Walking to lose weight started as a means to an end and I didn't know where it was going when I started it. It has performed beyond my expectations. I am sure that 2011 will build on this.
We can choose to make significant changes once we understand that the big changes come from lots of small steps. Many people talk of the tipping point and this is it.

Now is Always the Time
Walking for weight loss and other purposes has gone through a transition period over the last few years changing from a backwater under appreciated exercise to high profile and 'now'. It has to be because those of us who left the exercise arena were petrified to return and needed a low key effective way to reintegrate activity into our daily lives. Walking became that entree point.
Walking is transportable and transport. You can do it for pleasure and leisure or for exercise. It stays with you even after your life has returned to active duty. Keeping alive is no longer an issue. Living to the max while you're breathing is the all.

Celebrate Walking!
A life habit such as walking becomes more than enough to support you. It is actually the simple practical comfortable habits that make the basis for building an extraordinary life.
These everyday habits can become a life of action and success when used by anyone wishing for something better. It is up to you. Walking or other exercise that raises your metabolism, destresses, increases health fitness and flexibility can contribute more than enough for your overall good if this is your wish.
Know what you want and then open to receiving it. Practice what you know works!

Finding Out You Are A New! Walker
When the walking to lose weight trend starts it takes a certain energy behind it to get it to the point where the public starts noticing. There is a lag for the people whose minds have been elsewhere leaving the drawing of the new wave to those who want it. Then when the advantages for those active participants become obvious others try it out or feel aware that they also can benefit. This is the wave!
Energy combines to form a way forward that shines on walking and other forms of life care.

2010 The Year of the Walker
The new walker is prepared and focused! Have you noticed the walkers out on the streets these days. Much has changed since I first started walking consistently and I am delighted by the numbers, and the quality which is obvious watching them. By this I mean they are good at it, are trim and alert, and looking smart. They want to be there!
Gone are the reluctant, forced to walk by a wife or doctor, let's get it over with, sad walker.
The new walker, particularly if successful at walking for weight loss, is an example for us all. This is a person I would like to be!
There is a new type of walker who I call the new! walker and I am proud of the rise of this way of exercising in the modern era. Join the joyous walkers all over the country. You don't have to stop with walking-running is also an option. It is a way of taking a proactive stance for longevity, good health, weight control.

The New Walker Daily!
The new walker is the forerunner of the new runner. Walking to lose weight or any other weight loss exercise leads naturally into other forms of activity and exercise required for the refinement of the sculpting process to suit your individual needs.
Just as a lifetime of cooking can lead some to disinterest and others to pursuit of haute cuisine then daily exercise requires a little more stimulation, rewards and social interest, for continued pleasure in the activity.
Putting fun and innovation into daily life activities such as walking many consider rewarding.
